PAYMENT, REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Payments for services rendered at www.vanessasangari.com or to Vanessa Sangari can be made through the following methods:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Local transfer methods (MTN Momo, Telecel Cash, Airtel Tigo Money)
  • Bank transfers

All payments must be completed in full prior to accessing services, unless agreed otherwise with Vanessa Sangari. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All prices are listed in USD or Ghana Cedis and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time you complete your order.

  1. Refund Policy (Digital Products and/or Services):

We aim to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund process outlined below:

For purchases made on our digital products or for digital services, we do not offer returns once they have been accessed or delivered. If you experience technical issues or other service-related problems, please contact our support team at support@vanessasangari.com for assistance. We will work with you to resolve any concerns.

 

  1. Refund Policy (Training Programs):

Cancellation by Participant/Client:

  • If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 7 days before the program start date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the program start date may be eligible for a 50-70% refund depending on the circumstance.

Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by providing their details to us at least 24 hours before the program start date.

Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that a training program is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available program.

We reserve the right to modify this Payment, Refund, and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
